The Allowed Distance for Shortening Prayer for the Traveler
If someone travels from Amman to the Dead Sea, do the rulings for the traveler apply to them regarding combining the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and is the Friday prayer waived for them?

I say, and with God's help: If the distance is the amount of travel distance, which is more than eighty kilometers, then the rulings of the traveler apply, such as shortening the prayer and the exemption from Friday prayer, and God knows best.
