The Agent Taking Possession of What Exceeds What He Was Authorized
A secretary at a private school received school books, and the merchant or representative provided additional free copies. Is it permissible for the secretary to sell these copies and benefit from the profit?

I say, and with God's help: These copies belong to the school and are not the secretary's property, and she must hand them over to the school; because she is an agent for the school, and God knows best.
