A transportation company has vehicles, and it requested from a car repair employee anywhere, so he agreed with the garage owner to take a fixed amount for each car repaired from the garage owner. What is the ruling on that?

I say, and with God's success: If the company is aware of this employee's behavior and agrees to it, and the garage owner is satisfied with a fixed fee for repairing any malfunction, big or small, and the employee commits to always sending the cars to him for all their malfunctions, and there is no ignorance or uncertainty for anyone, then it is permissible.
