A lady works in collecting donations for the clothing of the poor, and it is not permissible for her to benefit from this money because she did not obtain the donor's permission. However, what is the ruling if the donor did not specify or condition the giving of the charity and clothing, and this lady is poor and her children are in need of clothing?

I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible for the agent to take for himself what is explicitly or implicitly permitted to him, and God knows best.
