The Ablution of One with an Excuse Before Noon
Is it permissible for one with an excuse to pray the noon prayer after performing ablution before noon?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If he performs ablution before noon, he can pray with that ablution until the end of the Dhuhr time; because the time for a prescribed prayer has not ended, and God knows best.
