Testimony of Divorce Among Shiites

Question
A Sunni woman is married to a Shiite man, and he has divorced her for the third time and now wants to take her back. She said to him: It is not permissible. He replied: According to the Shiite doctrine, divorce, like marriage, requires witnesses. Before he divorced her, he had uttered disbelief, meaning he insulted the divine essence. Did the divorce take place, or does it follow the Shiite doctrine regarding witnesses?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: She must adhere to the doctrine of the Ahl al-Sunnah regarding the prohibition of marriage after the third divorce except after marrying another husband, and the witnesses in divorce are not to be considered, and God knows best.
