Question
Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to teach her children the Quran without touching it? And if some of her husband's water comes upon her while she is menstruating, is she required to perform ghusl (ritual purification) in order to be able to teach her children?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to preserve them without touching them, and no reading of more than two words, and whatever water from her husband touches them must be washed off, and God knows best.
