Tayammum on Grass
We were traveling and dawn came upon us, and there was no place for ablution in South Africa, and the sun was about to rise, and there was not even dust, just thick grass. Is it permissible to perform tayammum on the grass?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If this grass has dust on it, then it is permissible to perform tayammum on it, or on anything else that has dust on it, and God knows best.
