Tayammum Instead of Wudu
I am sick and cannot tolerate cold water due to my illness, knowing that I live in a very cold area, and there are some problems with my family if I heat the water, is it permissible for me to perform tayammum?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: that performing ablution with cold water causes illness, so dry ablution is permissible on the condition of being unable to heat the water, and God knows best.
