Tayammum Due to Water Freezing in the Faucet
Is it permissible to perform tayammum for the Fajr prayer in the case of water freezing in the faucet? And what is the method of tayammum?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to perform tayammum when the water has frozen; because it is possible to obtain it in one way or another, and because the water is close to us, less than a mile (approximately 2000 meters), so we must bring it, and because the Fajr prayer can be made up, and God knows best.
