Tayammum After Ghusl with Difficulty in Ghusl
Is it permissible for a person to perform tayammum instead of ghusl if there is difficulty in performing ghusl at the time of Fajr prayer, because using water at this time causes them harm?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to perform tayammum (dry ablution) except in the case of apparent harm from using water, and God knows best.
