An elderly woman or one who has suffered from an illness that caused her eyebrow hair to fall out, making it unbearable to look at her, decides to get a tattoo or a permanent makeup for her eyebrows to resemble what they used to be. What is the ruling on that?

I say, and with God's help: If there is temptation or adornment for someone other than her husband, it is not permissible; otherwise, it is permissible, and God knows best.
