Talking with the Fiancée over the Phone
What is the ruling on talking over the phone with the fiancée before the marriage contract?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to talk on the phone and directly, but without revealing the 'awrah and in accordance with Islamic law; because she is a non-mahram woman, and God knows best.
