Talking to a Foreign Man
What is the ruling on a veiled woman's conversation with a foreign man within the limits and principles, provided that it does not involve anything that angers Allah Almighty?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Conversation between a foreign man and a woman is permissible to the extent of necessity; because the original rule is prohibition in the relationship between men and women, so anything beyond the extent of necessity is not permissible, and God knows best.
