Taking Zakat from Someone Whose Wealth is Mostly Haram
Is it permissible to take Zakat or charity from a person whose wealth is mostly Haram?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Those who have accumulated wealth that is impure should give it in charity, and it is permissible to accept charity from them, and God knows best.
