Taking the Share from the Inheritance

Question
We are sisters and our father has passed away, and we have a brother. Our father, may God have mercy on him, left a house that our brother wants to buy, but he cannot give us our rights all at once. Some of my sisters have officially waived their shares to him, while some have not. He has started giving each of us our share whenever he can. My question is, since our father has commercial shops, are we entitled to continue receiving our share from the rents for those who have not yet received their share?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the sale has been completed between you and there is an agreement on that, then the rents belong to the buyer. If the purchase has not been completed and only an agreement and consent have occurred, such that it is said to the brother buyer, 'Whenever you pay me my share, the sale is completed between us,' then the rents remain the share of the heirs for their benefit. And God knows best.
