I say, and with God's help: The fatwa is according to the opinion of Abu Hanifa regarding the obligation of the Witr prayer by consensus, but for one who has missed the Witr for many years, it is possible to follow the opinion of the two companions; because it can be utilized in making up for the missed prayer from the other opinion, unlike one who has missed a Witr prayer, for whom it is obligatory to make it up; due to the absence of hardship, and God knows best.
