Taking Payment for Acts of Worship

Question
It is well known that it is not permissible to take payment for reciting the Quran, but what is the ruling on taking payment for each of the following: washing the deceased, performing legal ruqyah, giving a sermon by female preachers, and singing in religious gatherings?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to take a fee for it; because it is a benefit and goodness that Muslims benefit from, and whoever does it dedicates their time for it, and God knows best.
