Taking Money Without Right
A relative of mine registered me among those affected by the closure of nurseries and informed me of this, while I do not actually work at the nursery. Two days ago, a development employee called me and informed me that I have one hundred and fifty dinars with them. Is it permissible for me to take it? If it is not permissible, should I donate it?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The original rule is that you should not take it; because it is not your right. If you are compelled to take it, you must give it in charity, and God knows best.
