Taking Medication at the Start of Fajr Adhan
When I heard the Fajr adhan, I took my blood pressure medication with a little water, knowing that not taking the medication only affects me with fatigue and sweating. I was not aware that my action was not permissible until recently. What is the ruling on my action and what are the consequences for me?

I say, and with God's success: You have broken your fast, and you must refrain for the rest of the day, and make up for this day, and God knows best.
