Taking from the Fruits of the Mosque Tree
A person took the olives from the tree in the mosque and placed money in their place. What is the ruling on this? What is the correct way to deal with these fruits?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: We must refer to the Ministry of Awqaf's system regarding how to deal with this fruit, and we should not act on our own; because it is a waqf and has its conditions, and God knows best.
