Taking fallen olives from the tree without permission
A man saw olives fallen from a tree on the street, and he rang the bell at the house to ask for permission, but no one answered him, then he took the olives. Is he sinful for his action?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible for him to take the olives from the tree or those that have fallen to the ground except with explicit permission from the owner of the house or by indication, and God knows best.
