A person may receive a financial amount from the insurance called (disability benefits), which they can obtain if they are somewhat ill. After examining this person, it was found that their illness does not warrant receiving disability benefits, which is a herniated disc. Is it permissible for the doctor to write that the person has reached the level where they can receive disability benefits just to obtain the money and nothing else, while they are in need of the money?

Answer

I say, and with God's help: This behavior is deception, betrayal, and lies, so there is no justification for its permissibility in Sharia. The money becomes forbidden and impure if obtained through this means, and God knows best.
