Taking Charity for the Well-Off

Question
We are well-off; is it permissible for us to take from the Zakat al-Fitr rice?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If you do not possess the minimum threshold for deprivation, which is equivalent to (100) grams of gold in excess of debts, in addition to your basic needs such as housing and a car, it is permissible for you to receive Zakat al-Fitr, whether in cash or in grains; because the condition for receiving it is poverty, and this defines the poor, and God knows best.
