Taking Another Opinion in Case of Nullification of Wudu Due to Blood Flow
Is it permissible for a patient who has blood flow when visiting the hospital to be given a fatwa based on another opinion, that the flow of blood does not nullify wudu?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: One should not issue a fatwa according to the other school of thought except in cases of necessity, and there does not appear to be a necessity in this matter, and God knows best.
