Taking an in-kind loan and selling it at a lower price to get money
A lady took a loan from the bank in the form of materials, then sold these materials at half the price to get money. Is this forbidden?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: After one has possessed the materials, they are allowed to dispose of them as they wish, and there is no sin upon them, and God knows best.
