Taking a Usurious Loan with the Intention of Not Repaying it with Interest
A person took a loan from the bank, and the bank is asking for 50,000 in return for 40,000. To avoid usury, my brother decided to return the 40,000 as he took it. Now he is very worried and confused; if he withdraws from the loan now and returns it to the bank, will he get 6,000 back with 46?
