I say, and with God's success: Supplication is recommended at all times except when entering the restroom, and after prayer it is more recommended for the psychological readiness of the worshiper to address his Lord. Therefore, whoever wants to prohibit it must provide evidence for that; because the issue is agreed upon, and God knows best.
