Suckling Relationships
A girl was breastfed by her cousin's daughter with a full suckle, and her breastfeeding brother, who is her cousin, wants to marry her. Is that permissible?

I say, and with God's help: If the nursing woman is his sister, then her daughters are his nieces by nursing, and they are forbidden to him; because he is their maternal uncle by nursing, and what is forbidden by blood relation is also forbidden by nursing, and God knows best.
