Subscription for One Sacrifice

Question
The question was whether it is permissible to sacrifice on behalf of the household and deceased siblings, and the fatwa was that the sacrifice is obligatory for whoever owns the minimum requirement and is not obligatory for household members who do not own the minimum requirement if it is only one sheep, with the clarification that the Prophet, peace be upon him, sacrificed on behalf of his household and the nation with a sacrifice, and he is our role model?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The action of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a way of dedicating the reward of the sacrifice to all of his nation, and this is permissible. There are other evidences that make the sacrifice obligatory for each individual, and God knows best.
