I say, and with Allah's success: It is forbidden to dislike, as a sin, everything that is from haircuts resembling those of non-Muslims. It is also disliked if it contradicts the adornment of women and their beautification with strange appearances. It is recommended to cut the hair if it does not resemble that of non-Muslims and is for the purpose of beautifying for the husband. And Allah knows best.
