What is the ruling on sending personal pictures of the girl without wearing the hijab on WhatsApp to her fiancé, who is the one she is contracted to?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If he contracts with her, she becomes his wife, and it is permissible to send pictures to him, but it is better not to do so for fear of separation between them, and God knows best.
