Selling the Wife's Household Items for Treatment
A wife complains to her husband about her illness and asks him for money to get treated, but he does not give her any, knowing that he is financially capable. She wants to sell a can of olive oil from her household items to get treated. Is there any sin in that action?

I say, and with God's help: A woman is not permitted to dispose of any household belongings by selling them without the husband's permission; for they are his property, and his consent is necessary. She should strive with him for good in order to remedy the situation, and God knows best.
