Selling Gold Above Market Price
A woman owns a piece of gold and wants to sell it at a price higher than the official gram price while informing the buyer of this, is this sale permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The sale is based on the consent of the contracting parties. If they reach an agreement on that, it is permissible, and God knows best.
