Selling Deferred Checks with a Commission for the Bank
A renovation contractor received a check from the company that will be cashed after three months, and he needs the money to pay the workers their wages currently, and he only has the check. Is it permissible for him to cash it at the bank for a commission?

It is not permissible for him to do that; because it is usury, and it is forbidden.
