Seeing the Heel from the Khuff
If someone wipes over their khuffs and is able to see their heel from above, is it permissible for them to wipe over them?
Answer
I say, and with Allah is success: Seeing the heel of the foot from above does not harm; because the condition is to cover the heels from the sides, not from above. See: Al-Maraqi p.130, Radd al-Muhtar and Al-Durr al-Mukhtar 1: 174, and Allah knows best.
