Seclusion in the Workplace
I started a new job, but the nature of the work within a team requires me to meet with female colleagues and gather with them. If I have to meet with one of the team members alone, I must do so. What is the ruling on this work? Should I continue in it or leave it?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: If the meeting does not involve seclusion, whether with one girl or more, and does not cause you temptation, it is permissible on the condition that you limit your conversation with them to what is necessary for work without excess, and do not make them friends or companions. And God knows best.
