Saying Bismillah in the Bathroom
What is the ruling on saying Bismillah during ablution, knowing that most washrooms are now inside the bathroom?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The place where mentioning is prohibited during relieving oneself is on the toilet seat, but while one is at the sink for ablution, it is not forbidden to recite the remembrances. And God knows best.
