Saying 'There is no power except with Allah'

Question
What is the ruling on someone who says 'There is no power except with Allah' instead of 'There is no power and no strength except with Allah', and he is an elderly man, but he is not afflicted with dementia or madness?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: this phrase has no meaning, and one is not sinful for saying it, and the original intention is to correct it; if this elderly man finds it impossible to correct it, he will not be held accountable for such a thing, as his intention was to mention and seek help from God, and God knows best.
