Sale of Land in the West Bank
What is the ruling on selling land in the West Bank that cannot be benefited from and access to it is not allowed, and the army threatens to seize it if no owner appears? What is the ruling if we want to sell it to an office in the Palestinian Authority?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible to sell it to the Jews or to anyone who will give it to the Jews in one way or another, but it is permissible to sell it to the Palestinians in order to preserve the Muslims' right to it, and God knows best.
