Salaries of Bank Employees
Are the salaries of employees working in banks halal or haram, because some say that their salaries come from bank interest?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the work they are doing is permissible, then it is lawful, like working on the computer and taking and delivering money. However, if it involves promoting usury or enticing it, or entering into usurious contracts, then it is not permissible, and God knows best.
