Ruqyah for a Menstruating Woman
Is it permissible for a woman during her menstrual period to perform Ruqyah, by reciting Ruqyah over someone?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the recitation is from the Quran, it is forbidden for you to do that for yourself or for others, unless you recite it in your heart without verbalizing it, and God knows best.
