What are the rulings on the hermaphrodite, and is it permissible to sit with them in a gathering of women or for them to sit alone with a woman?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The hermaphrodite is treated like women in relation to men, and like men in relation to women. They are not allowed to sit with men or women, nor to be alone with a man, a woman, or another hermaphrodite. And God knows best.
