Ruling on Zakat for Excess Over the Nisab
A lady possesses the nisab of zakat that has completed a year and has an excess. Is she required to pay zakat on the excess amount?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is permissible for her to give zakat from any part of her wealth, and God knows best.
