Ruling on Wudu with Lip Balm Present
Is it permissible to perform wudu with lip balm present, or should it be wiped off first?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The moisturizer does not prevent water from reaching the skin, so the ablution is valid with it, and God knows best.
