Ruling on Wudu with a Barrier
Usually, I apply kohl (mascara) at home, and sometimes I perform ablution without washing it off, thinking that my eyelashes will get wet. Do I need to repeat the prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If you are sure that it prevents water from reaching what is underneath it, then your ablution and prayer are not valid, and you must make them up. If it does not prevent it, then the ablution and prayer are valid, and God knows best.
