Ruling on Wiping What Falls from the Hair During Ablution
Is it permissible to wipe over what falls from the hair beneath the veil?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to wipe in ablution except on the head; as for the hair that falls beyond the limits of the head, it is not sufficient to wipe it, and God knows best.
