Ruling on Wiping Over Torn Socks
If wiping over socks is permissible, is it allowed to wipe over them if they are torn?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to wipe (over the socks) if the holes do not exceed (the size of) three fingers gathered in one foot, and God knows best.
