Ruling on Wiping Over Thick Socks When One is Removed
If a person has wiped over thick socks several times, then removes the upper sock for some reason, can they continue wiping over the lower sock, or is it not permissible to wipe?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to wipe over the lower part if the conditions for wiping are met, and God knows best.
