Ruling on Wiping Over the Thick Sock After Removing the First Sock
If a person wore two thick socks, and after the prayer removed the second sock, is it permissible to wipe over the first sock during the next ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the conditions for wiping are met in the first case, it is permissible to wipe over it, and God knows best.
